The Research & Development team of COLTECH LTD has the experience to meet specific needs of its customers (tailor-made-products) and therefore be flexible and customer friendly.

Aiming at offering its customers high added value services, COLTECH LTD has a well organized Technical Support Department that its purpose is to share its gained technical know-how and provide integrated technical solutions to any interested party, professionals or individuals.

Its highly qualified and specialized team provides prompt and reliable technical information concerning any application relevant to COLTECH LTD products. The department replies daily to a large number of phone calls and e-mails from business partners, constructors, engineers, technicians and individuals.

Beyond that, the highly experienced engineers of the Technical Support organize every year a series of technical seminars. These seminars address to anyone interested to be better informed about the company’s products and the integrated technical solutions and benefits these offer.

REACH

REACH (Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals) is the new EU regulation governing chemicals and their applications and has been in force since 01.06.2007. This EU regulation deals with key aspects of the manufacture of and trade in chemical substances. REACH covers not only individual substances and preparations (formulations), but also the products containing these substances.

COLTECH LTD fully complies with the EU’s REACH regulation.

VOC

VOC’s (Volatile organic compounds) are organic compounds having an initial boiling point less than or equal to 250 °C measured at a standard atmospheric pressure of 101.3 kPa.

All Coltech ltd products comply with the new EU regulation(2007 / 2010) according maximum VOC levels.

Before COLTECH LTD products reach the market, they are subjected to continuous, detailed and meticulous controls made by the company’s Quality Control Department in order to ensure their high and stable quality. When the products reach the market they must be perfect in any aspect. They must perform excellent, provide definitive solution, be easy applicable, cost-efficient and satisfy the aesthetic criteria of the customer.

Guaranteeing the aforementioned, the company has established and applies a quality system for the design, development, production and distribution of its products following the requirements of EN ISO 9001.
